Health, nutrition, and fitness are my passion. I usually work out every day – running or going to the gym, taking and teaching classes (spin classes, weights/body sculpting, bootcamp, TRX, boxing, kickboxing, and yoga). I have been a certified personal trainer and nutritionist since 2006, and continue to add to my training year after year with new specialties, skills, and expertise. As an early adopter of fitness trackers and heart rate monitor, I a proponent for in-the-zone/peak performance training.
