Michael Mitchell

My name is Michael Mitchell and I was born and raised in South Florida; Miami to be exact. I was always an active person, participating in any sports my parents would allow me to. 

I have a background in Exercise Science and I am a former professional boxer. 

I bring a bounty of experience from various aspects of training and movement being in this industry since 2004. 

It brings be joy seeing someone realize what they're capable of from trusting in the process that training provides.
