Megan found her passion for fitness during her journey of losing over 150 lbs. She believes that fitness should be fun, empowering, motivating, and for everyone. it should be a way that you are showing love for yourself and not as a punishment. Continuing to learn new ways to be fit, techniques, and forms of exercise is a fun craft for Megan. The gym is her playground and she loves to inspire and introduce them to new ways to keep active. Her favorite class to teach right now is TRX and Spin Bootcamps.
