Military spouse, mother of 5, Navy veteran, Health and Wellness promoter and educator. I am a certified Wholistic Health Coach, certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness instructor and Indoor cycling instructor. I teach various formats of group exercise classes, specializing in cardio and strength based formats such as HIIT, tabata, functional fitness, core and cardio burnout sessions, indoor cycling and even pilates. My population of clients ranges from government employees to older adults, as well as 20 somethings who are looking to try something new. I also offer health and wellness seminars at one of the health clubs I work for, and work with the onsite bistro to create new and nutritional dishes.
