Megan has two passions in life: dessert and exercise. Her full time career of 16 years is a pastry chef (now owning a restaurant with her husband), and her second career of 22 years is working to help individuals get physically active and excited about exercise! I have worked as a wellness coach, group fitness instructor (teaching a multitude of class formats), children’s gymnastics instructor, dance/ballet instructor, and personal trainer. I currently teach cycle, HIIT, and strength training classes while working at my husband's and my restaurant, and raise our two children.
