My names Sarah - I'm an online fitness and wellness coach that specializes in helping women become confident, toned, and ditch diets. Seeing first hand how fitness transformed my life in so many ways has driven me to help other women experience the same without the guessing game of "what's right for me". I specialize in weight training, low-impact pilates inspired movement, and HIIT. With over 13 years of fitness experience and 6+ years working within the fitness industry my combined personal and professional experience has taken me from running track, competing in varsity cheerleading, to fitness sales, competing in bodybuilding competitions, working with supplement companies, assisting in managing fitness facilities, to running my own business & creating a signature program for women. Everything I do is base around sustainability & enjoyment of life - in and out of the gym.
