I was born and raised in Brazil and started modeling at age 16. Modeling brought an opportunity to travel the world and with that a love for yoga was born. I have been practicing for over 20 years and enjoyed practicing in lots of exciting, exotic places including Spain, Germany, Japan and Switzerland.

I enjoy all different styles including hot yoga, Ashtanga, power yoga, kids yoga and Yin.

I completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification and training in Senior, prenatal, Yoga Nidra, body pump, Barre, Aqua Fit, Circuit training just to name a few.

I’m a mother to five beautiful children, including twins! Yoga keeps me sane! I believe practicing can be fun and exciting, and laughter only adds to the beautiful energy of yoga! Yoga can be more than just the physical practice, it could be also a powerful tool of self healing, self acceptance and self awareness. I hope to see you on your mat (or the water!) soon!!
