Michaela Ruebel

Buongiorno! My name is Michaela Cilento Ruebel and I am an Italian-American born in Monterrey, Mexico. Born to Italian immigrants living in Mexico at the time of my birth, I spent the first two years of my life (and every summer thereafter) in north Italy in the Piedmont region. When I was two, my family moved to Nashville, TN where I grew up and later became a naturalized US citizen. Having moved to Cincinnati for Xavier University, I met my husband while in college and never left the city of Cincinnati, OH! I live in Cincinnati with my husband, 5 year old son, Nico, my dog and two newly rescued kittens. 

I have a passion for health, fitness and travel, and am constantly looking for ways to share my passion with others in an effort to help them reach their goals, feel more confident and take control of their health! Food is medicine, and fitness fuels our body and mind.
