My name is Jennifer Miller. I am 42 years old and have been teaching group fitness for 10+ years. I found a love for fitness when I started on a wellness journey in my late 20's. I had been overweight my entire life and reached a point where I was ready for a healthier lifestyle. I managed to lose over 50 pounds through diet and exercise. I am a mom to a very energetic 4-year old (almost 5), and keeping up with him is challenging at times. Continuing with fitness helps me keep up my stamina to keep up with him. I continue to teach 5+ classes a week on top of my full-time job as an elementary school speech therapist. Fitness has also helped combat some mental health challenges that I have experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. I can honestly say that fitness is a passion of mine that I love sharing with others.
