Hi! My name is a Heidi and I'm a Group Fitness Instructor. Although I've been dancing all my life and participated in competitive dance and cheerleading into college, my journey into the more traditional world of health and fitness blossomed in the the last 5-10 years and progressed quickly. I've always been drawn to movement, and truly do think movement is medicine. The ability to strengthen, grow, and improve the health of our bodies and minds through movement never ceases to amaze and having the ability to help others feel good, and improve their wellness while doing, is an honor. I love learning about clients' goals to cater training to their needs and set them up for success. Seeing the light on someone's face when they accomplish something they didn't think they could or forget they're 'working out' because they're having fun is my favorite part of what I do. My favorite formats to teach include total body conditioning, pole fitness, circuit training, dance, strength & weight training, HIIT and more.
