Kayley Roche

kayley started a consistent practice of yoga in Maine in 2019 and fell in love with heated vinyasa classes. she decided to pursue barre teacher training in August 2020 and fell in love with teaching. this new passion for teaching and yoga, then lead her to complete her first 200HR YTT in December 2020. since then. she has taught barre, power vinyasa, yoga sculpt. and restorative yoga classes. she continues to teach weekly at her local studio, as she feels teaching is something that both fulfills her and helps her grow in her yoga practice and everyday life. when she’s not on the mat, kayley loves to spend time in the white mountains and the ocean.
