Sofia Drekou

Sofia Drekou considers herself a world traveling citizen of the world. She lives with her husband and 2 girls and puppy in Florida but travels to Europe every summer and loves teaching yoga on her free time. She got certified at the Breath Salt Yoga studio in Jupiter Florida and has been teaching at a studio and donation classes at the beach for the last few years. She loves mixing her Vinyasa Slow Flow style with funky beats and loves incorporating pranayama along with mediations in her practice.
