Morgan Spring

My name is Morgan Spring! I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa but moved to Iowa City for college in 2015. I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2019 with a degree in geology and work as a hydrologist. I began practicing yoga on and off while in high school but it wasn’t until 2018 when I began practicing regularly. I contacted a studio in my local community and asked if they offered a work study program and soon after that I was helping out at Downward Dog Yoga in Coralville where I eventually signed up for my teacher training in 2021. I enjoy teaching creative vinyasa flows but also love a good restorative class and yoga nidra.
