Robin is the owner of Yogi Well Fed, a wellness company that focuses on health and well being for the mind and body through yoga and nutrition based on Ayurvedic principles. She teaches vinyasa flow yoga, restorative yoga , and yoga sculpt. She also works with clients to improve their health through diet, lifestyle and cooking. She is a certified yoga instructor with Marianne Welles School of yoga and she has also studied another 300 hours with various teachers. She is a certified breath coach, holistic nutritionist and chef. She is also the mother of 3 teenage boys who keep her on her toes.
