I started taking group fitness classes by hiding in the back row hoping no one paid attention to me, but one of my instructors took me under her wing and pushed me to get my first certification. Since then I've added 6 more and love instructing group fitness classes. I hope to inspire another shy participant in the back row that they can do it! I also love weight training on my own schedule to keep myself strong and ready to properly perform anything I teach my classes.
