Danette Lane

Danette’s passion for health and wellness is evidenced by her near 20 years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health Coach.  

An ACSM certified Personal Trainer, Danette is also an ACE certified Health Coach and an RRCA certified running coach.  Danette has additional training in Active Aging from SCW.  An athlete herself, Danette has run over 50 marathons across the United States, cycles and strength trains.

A Chicago native, Danette has lived in the NW Chicago suburbs, the Cleveland suburbs and most recently made her home in Ft Myers. She is married with two sons.  Danette believes that “the best exercise for you is the one you will do!”
