Anna Holwadel

Anna has been a fitness professional for over 10 years. Having a strong background in dance and fitness, Anna fell in love with the barre style workouts after recovering from a running injury. Barre is an amazing workout that focuses on mobility, balance and strength. Each of Anna's classes is motivating and empowering! 

 

Anna is certified in Spinning and Barre with her main focus being barre and low impact workouts. 

 

When she isn't teaching classes at her Pure Barre studio she is hiking with her dogs, kayaking, lifting weights and spending time in nature.
