Rachel Raymond

My fitness journey began at a kickboxing class, 18 years ago. That kickboxing class set the tone for the next 18 years of my life, starting with a 1st degree black belt in karate, there yoga and Thai massage. I worked for 10 years doing group fitness, teaching everything from preschoolers to seniors and everyone in between. I've taught high intensity classes to complete restorative yoga classes.

I've been practicing and teaching yoga for over a decade now and fell in love with it immediately. I was Kriya Yoga certified in 2009 when my own personal growth and life path changed. I enjoy teaching a variety of classes to folks of all levels.

I also hold military personnel near and dear to my heart and hold a Yoga Warrior Certification to help those heal from PTSD. The personal transformation that takes place for students is what I love most about teaching.

Besides yoga, I also enjoy nature, animals, gardening and staying active. One of my lifetime goals is to visit all the National Parks in the States.
