Sukh entered the realm of yoga after multiple knee and ankle injuries due to sports. Initially attracted to the physical benefits, Sukh fell in love with the idea that she could participate in a low-impact full body work out and feel invigorated afterwards. Delving further into this world, Sukh found a more holistic approach to yoga, showing her the spiritual side that she completely resonated with but had no idea existed. Sukh tries to instill this love for not only the physical but also the spiritual benefits of yoga to all her students. In her classes, she combines an active practice filled with deep breath work that allows yogis and yoginis to explore what is going on within their bodies and minds. Outside of the studio, Sukh works in education as a Sr Director of Seat Investments for City Education Partners. Sukh aims to have her playful yet focused personality shine transparently in her classes.
