Hannah Colbert

Hannah Colbert, ERYT-200 is the co-owner of The Salty Buddha yoga studios in Massachusetts where she teaches vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga, in addition to co-facilitating yoga teacher trainings, workshops, trauma-informed women's groups, retreats, and more. 

Hannah draws inspiration from our energetic systems within and around us, curating practices to complement the unique physical, energetic, and spiritual connections within us. With extensive training in trauma informed yoga and pranayama, Hannah seeks to nourish students’ spirits and teach ways to regulate and nourish our nervous systems to heal from stress. Hannah is also experienced teaching yin, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and vinyasa. 

Hannah teaches a poetic blend of fluid movement vinyasa yoga in a union of movement and breath. My teaching style is inspired from the chakras, meridian centers, and subtle energy layers within the body, inviting students to a fluid flow of creativity, breath, and movement.
