Mary Ellen Gipson

Ellen Gipson, MA, RDN, LD, is a registered dietitian, mom of two and fitness instructor, and founder of Square One Wellness, LLC. A graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, she completed her dietetic internship with Saint Louis University and earned a Master of Health Education from the University of Alabama. She is a AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Licensed Zumba Instructor. Her personal advice for a healthy life goes back to basics: eat real food, sweat often, drink lots of water and go to sleep if you're tired. She believes there is no magic to a healthy life and establishing healthy habits at a young age is essential.
