I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals, not only to help them physically but mentally as well. I am personable, motivated, and dedicated to total, functional fitness and holistic well-being.
I received my NASM Personal Training Certification in October 2018. I just re-certified in October 2024. I became a certified Nutrition Coach through NASM the end of August 2020 and renewed August 2022. I enjoy personal training clients one-on-one or in small groups. The chance to help, coach and motivate others through functional fitness is what I look forward to the most. For me, fitness and well-being is a lifestyle and long-term relationship. My goal is to also educate and inspire others to do the same.
I am currently employed at HealthFitness where I teach group fitness classes, stretch breaks and conduct personal training with clients. I also do monthly/yearly program design, educational webinars and develop program incentives to increase engagement.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and also enjoy hiking, running, playing games, reading, gardening, shopping with my daughter, antiquing and spending time with my dog.
