Alyssa Decker

Alyssa is originally from East Dundee, IL and graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance with a minor in Movement Science on a merit scholarship in December 2018. 

At Michigan, she worked as a group fitness instructor to bring the love of movement into college students lives. After graduating, Alyssa moved back to Chicago to pursue a career in dance, teaching, and fitness. In 2019, she received a contract with Orangetheory Fitness and began coaching there. While coaching, she also pursued a professional dance career and taught dance classes to children. During the height of the COVID pandemic, she began teaching fitness classes virtually and combined her love of dance with her love of fitness. She is currently still dancing professionally and a group fitness instructor.
