Starting teach aerobics in about 1990. My first certification was through NIDIETA. I keep my certifications current through YMCA. I have taught all types of classes in the past , but currently prefer classes for seniors, low impact, and strength training. I also was certified through Water Art in water aerobics and would love to do water classes.
