I have been active my whole life; as a kid in dance and sports and as an adult in fitness and outdoor activities. I have a bachelor of science degree in Health and Exercise Science. I have worked in the fitness and wellness fields for over 25 years. I strive for a daily balance in fitness and wellness and I love to share my knowledge with others so they can live to their fullest potential. As a mom, I lead by example and our family enjoys eating healthy and being active together. My other passion is traveling and when that intersects with active adventures, life is perfect!
