Devon Pereza

Devon Pereza is a fitness professional from California, now based between Toronto (Canada) and Chicago. After a significant weight loss journey, she got her start in the fitness industry in 2014 at New York based luxury fitness club.

She teaches a variety of group fitness class formats, and continues improving her teaching skills/tries new methods with her private clients. She is trained in using a variety of equipment (kettlebells, TRX, mini bands, and more) but believes using bodyweight is the best way to build a base and stay consistent- so expect a few bodyweight basics in any class!

Her teaching style is upbeat, encouraging, and form-focused. Her goal is to have clients leave class with more energy than they came in with.

Devon's core fitness belief: I believe you can create the healthy, mobile body you want (and deserve!) while still living a full life- it's all about compromise and consistency!
