Donna Toulmin

  1. Donna is a certified Pilates (2010) and Yoga (2017).  As well, she is a certified indoor cycling, aquafit, barre and rowing instructor.  Her specialty is everyday functional movement training/strengthening and core stability, as well as teaching rowing specific programs and sequences to improve performance.

Donna has been passionately practicing Yoga and Pilates for many years and is an avid road cyclist and swimmer.
