Lauren Hawkins

Hi, my name is Lauren.  I am based in Atlanta, where I live with my husband Charlie and my cherished Min Pin/Chihuahua Mix, Chapo, and my two cats.  I absolutely love yoga and teaching yoga!  Yoga doesn't discriminate.  Anybody at any age can do it, and my classes are adaptable to each individual need through the use of modifications for every pose.  Yoga has helped me to go inward, and find peace in my own skin.  

I own my own yoga company, Flame Point Yoga, and do group and private instruction. I love to teach Yin, Chair, restorative, aqua and and Vinyasa yoga!  I also love to travel with my husband Charlie.   We travel all over Europe, central and south America.   

I am RYT 500 certified   I
