Michelle Kettrick is an enthusiastic believer of striving, meeting and challenging yourself to be your best self. A singer, performer, teacher, administrator, fitness coach and yogi, she still embraces all the new limbs of life the world has to offer!
Michelle started her career graduating from Jazz Performance in Iowa and a Master of Music Performance in Voice from Northern Arizona University. While experiencing a successful career in Musical Theater and Opera, she decided to focus on a career in education to support her growing family. It was at this point that she truly began to understand and appreciate the balance and importance a strong yoga practice brought to her life, so she attained her 200RYT certification in 2015 and has been sharing her love of yoga and health with both health clubs and private clients ever since.
Michelle also founded Ignite Yoga and Fitness in 2020 and can be found teaching at studios in her Greater Toronto Area community as well as her private studio. Certifications include CPRC&AED; CanFitPro Fitness Instructor Specialist; Registered Yoga Teacher 200; Zumba; Strong by Zumba; Jillian Michaels BodyShred; as well as additional training in Thai Yoga Stretch; Trauma Informed Yoga; Seniors Yoga and Ontario College of Teachers.
