I discovered yoga during a big transition period in my life during 2014 and instantly became captivated. While exploring through asana and meditation, I began to become more acquainted with myself, striking up new conversations about my purpose in life, which eventually led to me to complete the 200 YTT at Johns Creek Yoga in 2019. I like to bring a lighthearted and playful spirit to my classes and I cherish the growth I encounter everyday in my personal practice and with my students.
