Teaching yoga for more than 13 years and practicing yoga for over 20 years. Yoga styles taught include basic, vinyasa, slow flow, Ashtanga, yin, vin/yin, restorative/therapeutic, chair and other. Asana practice also includes breathwork and meditation and offer Reiki, aromatherapy and sound as appropriate to classes. Very welcoming and believe in inclusive, all bodies approach to sharing instruction.
