I’m a wife and mom of two little boys from Cedar Falls, Iowa. I’ve been teaching hot yoga studio for 5 years and also sub at other non- hot yoga studios around our area. I actually just opened my own studio in May and it's been amazing so far! I love the physical benefits that come with yoga, but love the mental and spiritual benefits even more! My classes are generally vinyasa flow - perfect for all levels of students! I love teaching to people of all ages and am currently working on my certification for Children’s Yoga.
