Whether a member’s goals are weight loss, strength or general health improvements, Christine keeps the wellness journey fun, educational and tailored to specific goals.  She believes fitness and wellness should not only emphasize the physical – it is a ‘total person’ experience.

Christine is passionate about human performance.  In her youth, she discovered nutrition and exercise to be medicine and has continued to share her passion and knowledge with others ever since.  Graduating with a B.S. in Exercise Science, emphasis on Health/Wellness and Cardiopulmonary Rehab from Truman State University, she has collectively been in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years.  Christine is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified SoulCore Instructor and you can find her leading group fitness classes multiple times throughout a week; including and not limited to HIIT, Boot Camp, Strength Training, Full Body Stretch, Body Weight/Core Conditioning and Spin. She has extensive experience in TRX, Kettlebell, free weights, fixed machines, core, medicine/dead ball, resistant band and stretch conditioning.    

Christine comes from a long line of great Italian cooks who she credits her love of food, good times and wine.  When free time happens, you can find her outside playing with her family, exercising, or reading.  Her two favorite travel locations: anything with mountains and anything with an ocean.
