I am an E-RYT 200, RYT 500 certified yoga instructor with 19 years of experience. I love to help my students decompress and learn techniques that help them to feel good and relieve stress in their daily lives. I have a passion for wellness, world travel, and writing which I attempt to share with my classes. It is my goal to help students of all abilities, ages, and body types to feel welcome and enjoy yoga and meditation!
