Sabrina Harmsen

I have been dancing since I was 3 years old, studied dance in college, and now am living my dream teaching full time at a studio. I got certified in Barre 8 months ago, and have loved every moment of teaching it at my local YMCA as well as at the dance studio. In addition to my professional fitness career, I love working out for myself, doing more crossfire style workouts, or training for triathlons. When I'm not dancing or teaching, I am spending time with my husband and 2 dogs!
