Christine Lang was drawn to the Iyengar tradition of yoga more than 17 years ago due to multiple sports injuries, and researched alternative healing methods, as opposed to surgery. She fell in love with the attention to detail Iyengar provided, and has loved sharing this wonderful foundational style of yoga with all of her students! Forever a student of yoga and life, she completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Asheville Yoga Center… The experience exposed her to many different yoga traditions, and enhanced her study of yoga philosophy inspiring Christine to cultivate a style of her own. In her classes, Christine stays true to proper alignment, but encourages mindfulness & playfulness in practice.
