Laurie Klatt

I am a upstate NY resident for 50 years and live with my husband of 30 years and have 3 adult sons. I've been devoted to fitness for me and my family since my college days in NYC in the mid 80's. I have owned my own group exercise business for 25+ years and also taught of community centers, YMCA's and corporate clients. I also have been personal training for 10 years with FitTour. I currently teach 3-5 classes a week during the day.
