Kala Markovich holds a bachelors degree from Texas A&M University and a Masters degree in Kinesiology from The University of North Texas. Kala has been in the fitness industry for over ten years and holds personal training and group exercise certifications. Currently, she is the Assistant Director for Fitness at The University of Texas at Arlington. There she teaches a variety of classes including step, Zumba, indoor cycling, sculpting, kickboxing, and Pilates. She also presents the primary group exercise certification for AFAA.
