I am a fitness professional with a love for healthy lifestyles. I am a married father of two beautiful children and one large dog. Growing up sports was my life and if you add all of those sports and all of the injuries I obtained I grew a love for the human body. I believe the human body is amazing in it's ability to grow, heal, and accomplish amazing things. Helping people have the body and mind to have the best life possible is my life's goal.
