I own and operate a studio in upstate Ny for over 8 years and love being able to share my joy of movement and meditation practices as means to mange stress. I began as a Pilates instructor over 20 years ago and grew into the fitness field to become a personal trainer and yoga instructor.
As a seasoned Trainer and Yoga Instructor I love to blend various workout styles together. You can find me teaching a small or large group Hiit workout one hour and the next hour find me teaching a yoga flow focused on breath and movement.
