Ashley Busch

Ashley has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years.  She joined the Lifetime team in 2006 as part of the grand opening at the Alpharetta club.    She is a 5 Star ELI ( Exclusive Lifetime Instructor) and a veteran at her club.  She has served on the Lifetime Master Instructor Team and as an indoor cycling coach and mentor for the Atlanta area clubs.  She is ACE, MadDogg Athletics, Stages & SCW-Edu certified in group fitness, cycling and pilates. Ashley is also certified in several LTF signature formats & is currently teaching Cycle, Pilates Fusion and various strength classes.  Over the years, she has taught at the YMCA, LA Fitness, small boutique clubs and community rec centers.  She has completed a number of triathlons, duathlons, 5ks/10ks and half-marathons. Ashley obtained her Bachelors degree in Management from GA Tech (Go Jackets!) and her MBA from Arizona State.  Outside the club, she loves to walk her dog and cheer on her favorite team, the Atlanta Braves. She is the proud mom of two grown boys and has been married to her college sweetheart for over 30 years.
