Traci Haynes

Hi, I'm Traci Haynes. I'm passionate about health and wellness. I know how important it is for individuals to maintain work-life balance. I went through my YTT class during COVID for my own personal development and to expand my own yoga practice. I'm excited to have the tools to help others achieve their own peace through yoga and meditation. 

I’m a busy hardworking professional, mom of two boys, wife, caregiver, dog mom, lifelong learner, and overachiever. I’ve worked hard to achieve my career goals and college degrees while raising my family. Over the past 4 years, I’ve been in a self-improvement mode. I’ve learned to prioritize self-care and find balance between obligations and personal needs. I’ve learned to appreciate the day, the moment, and make the most of now rather than living in the past or future. I want to teach others how to find that peace and bring some calm to all of the noise. By incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into my life, I’ve become a much happier, healthier person. Best of all, it doesn’t take hours at the gym or a strenuous workout and diet plan either!
