I have been a group fitness instructor for three years, teaching core and weight lifting classes. My love for fitness and wellness started in college and has grown everyday since. I am passionate about showing others how rewarding it can be to make fitness an integral part of one’s everyday life. My true fitness love is CrossFit but I enjoy all forms of movement from walking the dog to heavy weight lifting. I loves getting in a partner workout with my husband Kasey or a close friend but nothing beats the exciting atmosphere of a group workout.
