Just a little bit about me...
I LOVE fitness, anything from yoga to bootcamp to softball & volleyball. As a teenager I started participating in group fitness classes, and right away I was hooked. At first I was nervous, in the back of the class, but as time went on I developed the skills to participate confidently. Throughout my time studying nutritional sciences in university I earned my Group Sport Conditioning Fitness Instructor certification and have been instructing for the past five years.
When I'm not working or studying I am usually spending time with my husband, dog, family & friends.
