Susan Russell

I am a very active older adult with a passion for health and fitness. I am a mother of one adult daughter and grandmother to three girls. I have an adorable black Labrador, Joey. I love to travel and learn. I completed my second masters degree in theology. I also work part time as a therapist. I am active with Toastmasters International and have done trainings for the National Association of Social Workers and other agencies. I am a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers.
