Hi! My name is Beth and I have been a fitness nut since high school, furthering my passion with a 4 year degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Fitness & Wellness. I am currently certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. The classes I enjoy and teach the best are mind/body related such as yoga, toning & stretching, pilates, and various mixed formats which include a mind/body component. I love to teach Aqua classes and am now learning how to teach spinning/cycling classes. My major passion is Personal Training and working one on one with clients. I have been training for three years now and would not trade my job for anything! I love inspiring people to fitness!
