- Tara Linney
Tara has been a certified Group Fitness instructor since 2001 and began her extensive yoga studies in 2003. She holds a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification and has 140 hour specialized training in using yoga to address various aspects of trauma. In 2007, she expanded her expertise by becoming a certified Personal Trainer.
Tara has also served as a continuing education instructor for AFAA, teaching courses such as dance fitness, yoga, pilates, and mat science.
Her additional certifications barre, pilates, Zumba (including Aqua Zumba and Zumba Toning), BollyX, Urban Bootcamp, Step, Flirty Girl Fitness and TRX. Beyond fitness, Tara is also a certified nutrition coach, bringing a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.
