From the time I joined my first gym, I was hooked. I absolutely love learning new things, working hard, and the challenge that comes from pushing myself. I've spent most of my adult life trying nearly every kind of workout out there. I find as long as you’re moving every day, you’ll be happier, healthier and have more energy to live your life to the fullest. In 2011, I decided I wanted to help others fall in love with working out too, so I completed a year-long course at the National Personal Training Institute. I started training at a Sports Athletic Training Studio, where I came to understand that our bodies are made to be athletic. I believe that we were all designed for movement, agility, speed, strength and balance. Discovering all the different ways that we can move our bodies, and learning how to enjoying the process, can have such a profound impact on our lives. It’s my passion to help others push past their comfort zone and understand that they can find joy in the challenge!
