Yoga has strengthened and healed me in so many ways, both physically and emotionally. For as long as I can remember I have relied on taking a deep breath to help clear my mind. When I was introduced to yoga, it was like all the pieces of what I thought and believed came together. I noticed improvements in nearly every aspect of my life. Regular yoga practice- movement, breathing, meditation, living well- has become as integral to my life as anything I do for my health.
I am a mother of three teenage children and two adorable dogs. My husband and I enjoy the outdoors with the kids, dragging our travel trailer all over creation! I am fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the United States in Northeast Wisconsin.
