Hello!
I have been passionate about all things fitness my entire life through competitive dance, Baseball, cooking and studying Nutrition at university.
I began working as a personal trainer ten years ago it has been an interesting journey! Helping people lose weight gain muscle or rehab from injuries and surgeries has been very rewarding. I love my line of work and have been told that it shows through my attention to client needs and passion for exercise.
In my spare time I love to bicycle through the local trails or relax at home painting.
